Additionally, the dining experience can be hit or miss—food lacks flavor and variety, with long waits for drinks that test your patience. Moreover, the tight room layouts can feel cramped, especially when trying to navigate around the furniture.

The stylish Urban Queen Street Room was a highlight, featuring a spacious layout and a luxurious bed. The decor throughout the hotel is wonderfully unique, creating a vibrant atmosphere. However, the strict adherence to rules detracted from our experience, especially when we were asked to leave the hotel bar prematurely after ordering drinks. The staff's response to our requests for additional seating was unfortunate, as it led to the reprimanding of an accommodating barman. Overall, while the aesthetics and comfort are commendable, the customer service approach needs improvement.
